Annapurna Catering And Food Processing Llp is situated at number 5, Madanmohan Bunglows. We are on the Govt. Tubewel Road in Bopal, which is in the Daskroi taluka of Ahmedabad. Bopal has changed a lot over the years, and it is much more crowded now than when we first saw it. We use the bungalow for both our catering work and the food processing side of the business. It is a decent space, but when we have a lot of orders, it feels a bit small with all the equipment and supplies everywhere. The kitchen stays busy almost all day and sometimes late into the night if there is a big event the next morning. You can usually hear the sound of the machines if you are walking by on Govt. Tubewel Road. We have a few vans that we use to send the food out across different parts of Ahmedabad. The traffic can be quite bad around here, so we have to start our day very early to make sure we aren't late. We are not some big corporation with fancy offices. We are just local people who know how to cook and process food. We spend a lot of time on basic stuff like cleaning and checking the inventory. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to manage with the backup until it comes back. It's just a regular business with regular people doing the work as best as we can.
