Ambika Marble

Ambika Marble is situated right at the Bhuyangdev Char Rasta on Sola Road in Naranpura. We are directly across from Sarvapriya Mall, so it’s a very easy place to find if you know the neighborhood. Being on such a busy corner means there is always traffic and noise, but it also means people see us every day. We have been here for a good while now, handling all sorts of marble for local projects. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting slabs and showing the different grains to anyone who walks in. Every piece of marble is a bit different, and people can be quite picky about the patterns they want for their floors. We don’t mind that, as we understand it’s a big decision for a home. The yard can get a bit cluttered when we get a fresh delivery, but we try to keep it organized enough for people to walk through safely. We aren't a big corporate team with a marketing department. It’s just a few of us here every day, making sure the stone is ready and the customers get what they need. Naranpura has changed a lot since we first opened, with more shops and the mall coming in, but we just keep doing what we’ve always done. It’s a steady life and we’ve made a lot of friends in the area over the years.
