Ambamani Marble

You can find Ambamani Marble over at B.No. 362/1 in Gota Gam. We are situated right across from the Prachi Petrol Pump and quite close to Gota Talav. It is a nice enough spot, though it gets quite dusty when the wind picks up near the water. We have been handling marble here for a while. The yard is usually full of slabs leaning against the frames. We spend our days checking the stock and helping people load up their trucks. Sometimes people come by just to see the difference between the various types of marble we have. It is not like a regular store where everything is in a box. You have to see the whole piece to know if you like it. We do not have fancy lights or a showroom. It is just the outdoor space and the stone. We see a lot of people from the neighborhood who are fixing up their houses or building something new near the lake. We just tell them what we have and what the price is. No big stories. Sometimes we have a lot of one type, and other times we are waiting for a new delivery to arrive from the quarries. It is a lot of waiting and then a lot of heavy lifting. We keep a simple routine here. Open the gate, move some stone, talk to a few folks, and then close up when it gets dark.
