Our place is at 12 Matru Bunglow, right behind Ayodhya Nagar and near the Baroda Express Highway. Being in Indrapuri means we are close to the main roads, which helps when things need to be moved around. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, tucked in near Matrubhumi Society. We started this food business to keep busy and do something practical. The house is where we manage the orders and keep the books. We aren't a massive factory with thousands of workers. It’s more of a local operation where everyone knows what their job is. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure the ingredients are arriving on time. Sometimes the highway noise is a bit much, but you get used to it after a few months. The daily routine is pretty much the same every week. We wake up, check what needs to be done for the food processing side, and get to it. We don't have any grand statements about our goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure the work is finished properly and everything is handled. It’s just regular people working in a regular neighborhood. We have a few desks set up and some storage space in the back. It’s not a polished office, but it works for what we need to do. Most days are just spent making sure the orders are ready to go.
