Yumchurn Hospitality Private Limited

We set up Yumchurn Hospitality in Mayapuri Industrial Area, specifically in Phase 1. If you know this part of West Delhi, you know it’s mostly warehouses and workshops. Our place is on the first floor of A-10/1. It’s not a quiet area, but it’s perfect for the kind of work we do. We handle a lot of the food prep and hospitality management from here. It’s a hands-on kind of job. Most of the staff comes from nearby, so there is always a bit of chatter in the kitchen. We aren't fancy chefs with tall hats; we are just people who like feeding others and making sure the service is decent. The industrial setting means we can get things done without worrying about disturbing neighbors too much. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to scramble to keep the cooling systems running, but that is just life in Delhi. We started this because we saw a gap in how small events were being catered. We don't have a glossy brochure. We just tell people to try the food and see if they like it. The stairs to the first floor are a bit steep, so we spend half our day carrying supplies up and down. It keeps us fit, I guess. We’re just a small team trying to make a living and keep our standards where they should be for everyone who orders from us.
