We're located in Ram Dutt Enclave, right in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi. It's a crowded spot, but that's Delhi for you. Most days it's just about getting the orders out and keeping the place clean for everyone. The kitchen gets really hot, especially during the summer months when the air conditioning struggles. We have a lot of students and families from the nearby streets coming in. It’s not a quiet place, there’s always music playing and people talking. C112 is easy enough to find if you know the Enclave. We spend a lot of time making sure the bins are emptied and the floors aren't sticky. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. The lunch rush usually starts around 1 PM and doesn't really stop until late at night. We don't have any big corporate manifestos hanging on the wall. It’s just us in our uniforms trying to keep up with the tickets. Sometimes the delivery drivers are waiting outside and it gets a bit chaotic on the sidewalk. But we just keep moving. It’s a basic setup with the usual tables and counters. Nothing fancy. Just a place to grab a meal when you're in a hurry in this part of town. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors are used to the smell of frying chicken.
