Nirula'S

We have been at this spot in Sudershan Park for quite a while now. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know how busy the streets can get during the day. Our place is located at F-137/B, and it is mostly a busy little shop where we spend our time getting orders ready for people who stop by. We have the usual things on the menu that locals here have known for years. It is not a very big or fancy place, but we keep it moving. Sometimes the delivery drivers are standing right outside the door waiting for their bags while we are busy packing up the food and desserts. Dealing with the heat in the middle of summer is probably the hardest part of working in this building, but we manage it somehow. People come in looking for a quick bite to eat or maybe something sweet to take home after their dinner. We do not really do anything special or high-end here. It is just the regular food that people expect from us. The traffic outside can be a real mess in the evenings, especially near the park area. You can usually see our sign from the road when you are driving through. It is mostly people who live in the neighborhood or folks just passing through this part of the city. We try to keep the place clean and the fridges running cold. It is a lot of work every single day.
