If you head down to Uttam Nagar in New Delhi, you’ll find our place right across from the State Bank of India. It’s G-1/516, and you can usually tell you’re close because of the smells coming from our kitchen area. We do catering, so things are always moving, boxes being packed, and heavy pots being scrubbed. It’s a bit of a loud environment, honestly. Between the kitchen staff shouting orders and the delivery vans pulling up out front, there’s never a quiet moment during the day. We’ve been at this location for a while, and the neighborhood knows us pretty well. The office part is just a small corner with a wooden desk where we keep the ledgers and take phone calls for events. It’s not a shiny corporate space by any means. There’s flour on the floor sometimes and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy cooking to worry about that. We just focus on getting the food ready on time and making sure the drivers know where they’re going. It’s hard work and the hours are long, especially when there’s a big wedding or a party to handle. We just do our jobs, keep our heads down, and try to keep everything organized in the middle of all the chaos. It's just a group of regular people trying to get the food out.
