Pizza Hut

We're located over at G-16/9 A in Rajouri Garden. It's on the second floor, which is kind of nice because you get a bit of a view of the street below if you're looking out. Rajouri is always busy, you know how it is around here with the markets and people constantly walking by. We've been at this spot for a while now. Most days it’s just about getting the ovens going and making sure the kitchen is ready before the lunch rush starts hitting us. It gets pretty loud sometimes, especially on weekends when everyone is out shopping. The stairs can be a bit much if you’re tired, but once you’re up here, it’s fine. We spend a lot of time just cleaning counters and making sure everything is where it should be. People come in and out, some stay for a bit, others just grab their boxes and go. It’s a lot of work keeping things moving, especially when the phones start ringing off the hook. Sometimes the delivery guys are standing around waiting, and other times they are racing out the door. We try to keep it simple. It's just a regular place in a busy part of New Delhi. Not much more to say really. We are just here doing our thing every day from morning until late at night.
