We’re located at Gh-9/596, right on the border area near New Delhi and Haryana. It’s a busy spot where people are always passing through. The kitchen is usually where all the action is, with the fryers buzzing and the timers going off all the time. We have a pretty large team here because we have to stay open for long hours to serve everyone. It’s not an easy job; it’s a lot of standing on your feet and making sure the food goes out hot. We don’t have time for fancy language or marketing slogans. We just call out the order numbers and keep the line moving. The dining area gets messy quickly when it’s crowded, so someone is always out there with a mop or a cloth to clean the tables. We see all kinds of people, from families with kids to truck drivers taking a break from the road. It’s a very standard setup, just like any other place you’ve seen, but it’s our workplace. We focus on the basics like making sure the fridge is working and the bins are emptied regularly. Sometimes it gets stressful when the drive-thru is backed up and the rain starts, but we just keep at it.
