Dailybreadgourmet is over at 5/35 in Kirti Nagar. We spelled it Kiriti Nager on some of our older stuff, but it's the same place in New Delhi 110015. This is where we handle the food business. Kirti Nagar is known for furniture mostly, but we are here doing our thing with bread and gourmet items. The space is mostly functional, with a lot of stainless steel and the smell of whatever is being prepared that day. It isn't a fancy cafe where you sit for hours, it’s more of a production spot. We have a few delivery bikes that go in and out all day long. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard for our guys to get back on time, but we manage. The staff here is mostly local people who have been with us for a while. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy slogans. We just focus on the food and making sure the orders are right. The floor is usually a bit dusty from all the flour, but that’s just part of the work. If you come by, you’ll probably see us arguing over the delivery schedule or checking the inventory. It’s a bit chaotic but it works for us. We just wanted a place in Kirti Nagar that was big enough for our equipment and this spot fits the bill. It’s noisy and busy but we like it that way because it means there is work to do.
