Xocolatte Chocolate

We are way up on the 4th floor of Om Shubham Tower, right at Neelam Chowk in Faridabad N I T. Our shop number is 434. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working right, which happens sometimes in these taller buildings. Being up so high means we are away from the dust and noise of the main road at Neelam Chowk, though you can still hear the horns honking down below. The tower has lots of different businesses in it, so there is always a mix of people in the hallways. We spend our days working with the chocolate, making sure the temperature is just right. It’s a simple space with a few tables and all our equipment spread out. It isn't a fancy boutique or anything like that; it’s more of a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders to fill, but we make it work. The light coming in from the windows is good during the afternoon. We’ve been here at this address for a while now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the building. Most of the people who come to see us are regular customers from around the NIT area. We just keep our heads down and focus on the chocolate, trying to make sure everything looks okay before it goes out. There is always something to do, like cleaning the molds or packing the boxes for the next day.
