Our place, Raj Bhog Food India, is located at 12 Inder Enclave, right on the Main Rohtak Road. If you’re driving down this way, look for Metro Pillar No-311; we’re very close to that, right opposite Udyog Nagar. It’s a busy industrial and residential mix around here. The road is always full of trucks and cars, and the metro overhead makes a lot of noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. We handle a lot of food preparation here. It’s not a fancy sit-down restaurant with white tablecloths; it’s more of a practical food business. We’ve got a lot of equipment in the back and people working hard to get orders ready. Being near the metro is handy for the staff getting to work. We deal with the typical Delhi heat and the dust from Rohtak Road every single day. There’s always something to fix or a delivery to coordinate. We aren't part of some giant conglomerate, just a local business trying to do things right in 110087. We focus on the cooking and making sure the kitchen stays clean. It’s a lot of long hours, especially when we have big batches to get out. We just take it one day at a time, keeping the business going right here in Inder Enclave without any fancy marketing. We just make the food and get it out to the people who need it.
