G.D. Foods Manufacturing (India) Private Limited

We are tucked away in Goverdhan Tower, specifically at 5-A/34, right in the heart of Tilak Nagar. It’s an older building, but it serves us well for the manufacturing side of the business. Being in a tower means we have to deal with the elevator, which sometimes has a mind of its own and takes forever. Downstairs in Tilak Nagar, the streets are always packed with people and vendors selling all sorts of things. It’s a lively place to work. Inside our unit, it’s mostly about managing the food production schedules and keeping track of the supplies coming in. We aren't out on the ground floor, so it's a bit quieter up here than it is on the street level. We have desks pushed against the walls and stacks of boxes waiting to be moved out to the shops. The light comes in through the side windows in the late afternoon, making it a bit warm. We usually have the radio playing some local music softly while we work on the accounts. It’s a functional space, nothing too pretty to look at. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s central and everyone knows Goverdhan Tower. Most of our staff lives nearby, so they walk or take the local transport to get here. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep our energy up. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to stay on top of the food manufacturing demands without making too much of a fuss about it.
