We are over at Vashisht Park right on Pankha Road. Most folks in Janak Puri know where we are because we’re right opposite D-Block. It’s a busy corner. We start early every morning, usually before the sun is properly up, getting the first batches of stuff ready. The kitchen gets pretty hot when the big vats are going. We’ve been at this spot for years and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit around us. We see the same faces every day, people stopping by on their way home from work or just grabbing something for their kids. It’s not a very big shop but we make use of the space we have at Wz 19-20. Sometimes the line gets out the door, especially during the festivals, and things get a bit chaotic. We just try to keep up. It’s loud, there’s sugar everywhere, and someone is always carrying a heavy tray. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. We just work from the back and serve at the front. The Pankha Road traffic is always there in the background. It’s just how it is here. We focus on the daily grind. If you’re walking past D-Block, you can’t really miss us. We stay open until late most nights. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even with the "Pvt Ltd" name on the papers. We just focus on making the sweets and getting them across the counter. It's a lot of work but it keeps the lights on and the regulars coming back.
