We are located on the first floor at 12/19 in Subhash Nagar. Our spot is actually towards the back side of the building, so you have to look a bit closely to find the entrance. Subhash Nagar is a packed neighborhood in North Delhi, and there is always something going on in the streets below us. This location is mostly used for our administrative work and handling some of the distribution logistics. It’s not a big fancy storefront where you’d come to sit and eat. Instead, it’s a busy hub where we manage the stocks and the orders for the sweets and snacks that people know. The rooms are filled with desks and files, and the phone is usually ringing with someone asking about a delivery. It gets pretty cramped when we have new shipments coming in, but we make it work. The metro is close by, which is how most of us get to work, as driving in this part of Delhi-27 is a nightmare. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now and we know the stairs by heart. There is always a faint smell of spices in the air around here. We don't have a lot of time for polished presentations or big meetings. We are usually just busy making sure the products are moving out to the shops as they should. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where the work never really stops.
