Vashist Food (P) Ltd is located at 315 Ambika Vihar in the Paschim Vihar area. This is a residential and commercial mix, so it feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a cold industrial park. Our office is at number 315, and it’s where we handle all the management and paperwork for our food business. It’s a pretty simple setup with a few rooms and a small area for meetings. We don't have any fancy catering or a big lobby; it’s just a place where we get the work done. Paschim Vihar is a busy part of Delhi, so there is always noise from the street and people moving about. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and the neighbors know us. Most of the day is spent talking to vendors or checking on the production schedules. We keep a lot of records on paper still, so there are folders stacked up in most of the corners. The atmosphere is quite relaxed; we aren't the type to be overly formal. We usually have tea together in the afternoon and talk about what needs to be finished before we head home. It’s a solid, reliable place to work. The building itself is older, but it serves us well. We don't really do much in the way of marketing or promotion from here; it’s mostly just the core operations and making sure the food side of the business stays on track.
