Wushu Foods is tucked away in Rajouri Garden, specifically at B K Dutta Market, 2/6 B. If you’ve been to Rajouri, you know it’s a big shopping hub. Our little corner in B K Dutta Market is where we do all our work. It’s a lively spot with a lot of energy. We’ve been here for some time, focusing on getting food ready for the local crowd. We don't have any corporate backing or fancy investors. It’s just us working the counters and the kitchen. The space isn't huge, so we have to be very organized to make everything fit. Most of our day is spent prepping ingredients and talking to the people who walk by. We don't use any complicated recipes, just standard stuff that tastes right. The market can get really packed on weekends, and those days are a bit of a blur of faces and orders. We’ve had our ups and downs like any local business, but we’re still here. We don't put out big ads or try to sound like something we’re not. We are just a food business in a busy market trying to keep the customers happy. If the weather is bad, things slow down, but otherwise, it's pretty constant. We appreciate the regulars who come by to chat while they wait. It makes the long hours feel a bit shorter.
