World Cusines Network.

World Cusines Network is based at A1B/105 in Janakpuri, New Delhi. This part of the city, specifically area 58, is always full of life. We work from this office to coordinate different types of food services. It’s not a restaurant where you come to sit down, but more of a hub for managing food orders and delivery networks. We have a lot of maps on the wall and phones that never seem to stop ringing. Janakpuri is a large residential area, so we are always busy trying to get meals from one place to another. The office is pretty simple with just some desks, chairs, and a few computers that have seen better days. We aren't trying to be a global brand; we just want to make sure the food people order reaches them while it is still hot. It’s a lot of logistics and talking to drivers who are stuck in Delhi traffic. We spend our days dealing with various kitchens and making sure they have their orders correct. Sometimes things go wrong, like a bike breaking down or an address being hard to find, but we just deal with it as it comes. We have a small team here at A1B/105 and we all know each other well. It is a noisy, busy place but it keeps us moving. We just focus on the daily grind of the food business without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
