We are located on the second floor of Plot No. 59 A, B, and C in Uttam Nagar. Our building is very close to Aryan International School. Being on the second floor means we have to carry everything up the stairs, which is quite a workout for everyone. We focus on food products and have been operating from this spot for a while. It’s a busy area, especially when school starts and ends. You can hear the kids playing outside during the day. Our space is divided into a few sections for storage and packing. It’s not a very fancy setup, just some tables and shelves. We have a small group of people working here. We spend our time checking the items and making sure everything is packed right. Sometimes the traffic in Uttam Nagar makes it hard for deliveries to arrive on time. We’ve learned to deal with that over the years. We don’t have a retail shop where you can just walk in and buy things. It’s more of a workplace for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a lot of routine, but it's what we know. We aren't a giant corporation, just a local business doing what we can. We usually keep the windows shut to keep the dust out from the main road. The stairs are narrow, so we have to be careful when moving the big bags.
