Stellar Gastronorm is situated at 71/5, Shivaji Marg. We have been at this address for a good while, and most people in the local food industry know where to find us. We deal with kitchen equipment, mostly the stainless steel variety that you see in big commercial kitchens. Our space is more of a warehouse and office hybrid. There are crates and boxes stacked up, and usually, someone is busy checking a piece of equipment for an order. It is not a place with air conditioning and soft music. It is a bit noisy and there is always the smell of metal in the air. We spend our time talking to restaurant owners and chefs about what they need for their setups. We don't have a fancy sales pitch. We just show them what we have and tell them how it works. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little behind, but we always make sure the equipment gets delivered. Shivaji Marg is a busy road, so there is always a lot of movement outside. We like the energy of the area. We are just a small group of people who understand how a kitchen needs to run. We don't make big claims about our services. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work. It is a straightforward business, and we like the honesty of it. Every day is different, and that keeps things interesting for us here at the shop.
