Aahar Kitchen Equipment

You can find us over at C-257/259, which is very close to the Peeragarhi Metro Station. Being near the metro means there is always a lot of noise and people rushing past our doors. We deal with commercial kitchen equipment, mostly the heavy stuff like burners, industrial ovens, and those large steel tables you see in restaurant backrooms. Our space is more of a workshop than a showroom. There is usually the sound of metal being moved around or someone testing a stove. We don't have fancy lights or a reception desk. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us working on something. We started this because we knew a bit about how kitchens should be set up to work right. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the gas connections are safe. We spend most of our time talking to guys who are opening new food stalls or small cafes in the city. They come to us because we tell them plainly what will work and what is just a waste of money. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the street outside, and we keep our tools within arm's reach. It’s a practical business for practical people. We don't bother with much else besides making sure the equipment is solid and does what it is supposed to do for the person buying it without any unnecessary complications.
