The office for Giltedge Enterprises Private Limited. (Us Pavilion) is located at 7/48, Doule Storey in Tilak Nagar. It’s a familiar kind of building for anyone who knows this part of Delhi. We share the area with a lot of other small businesses and homes. It’s not a high-rise office block. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we manage the Giltedge business and the US Pavilion side of things. Most of the day is spent on the phone or working on the computer. It’s a bit cramped when we have all our samples out on the tables. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. Tilak Nagar is a lively place to be, and there’s always something happening right outside our window. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We handle everything ourselves, from the paperwork to checking the orders. It’s a practical way to run a business without too much overhead. Sometimes the internet is slow or the tea runs out, but we manage just fine. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get through the daily list of things to do.
