Rebel International

We’re located at S.F.S-33 in the DSIDC Industrial Complex, right on Rohtak Road in Nagloi. Rebel International is basically a small office and a warehouse space where we handle all our trading and shipping. It’s not a high-rise glass building. It’s a functional space in a busy industrial part of Delhi. You can hear the traffic from Rohtak Road all day long. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking the stock in the back. There are boxes stacked up everywhere, and we’re always trying to find more room for the new arrivals. We aren't a fancy outfit. We just get the orders, pack them up, and send them out. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering emails to loading the vans. Some days the logistics are a nightmare and things get delayed, but we just deal with it as it comes. We don’t have any marketing people telling us what to say. We just tell people what we have in stock and how much it costs. The DSIDC complex is a bit old, and the roads inside can be bumpy, but it’s a good place for a business like ours. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the tea stalls and the couriers in the area. It’s just a basic operation where we work hard and go home.
