Our company, Silvertone Gravu Flex Pvt Ltd, is based at 27 DLF Industrial Area. If you know the area, you know it's a hub for all sorts of manufacturing and technical work. We’ve got a decent-sized space here where we handle all our production. It’s usually pretty loud with the machines running, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't much for office decor; our walls are mostly covered with charts and schedules. The floor is concrete and we’ve got a lot of heavy equipment around. We spend most of our time making sure everything is running the way it should be. The DLF area can get pretty congested during the morning and evening, so we try to time our shipments to avoid the worst of it. Our team has been together for a bit, so we have a good rhythm going. We don't have any slogans or mission statements posted up. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing a machine, but we always manage. It’s an honest day’s work in a gritty part of town. We like the grit though. It reminds us that we are actually making something real every day. The lights hum a little and the fans are always on, but we like it here. It’s our second home.
