People around Moti Nagar know where the DLF Industrial Area is, and we’ve been at number 27 for quite a stretch. Silvertone Gravu Flex Pvt.Ltd. is mostly about the machines running all day. It gets pretty loud in here when the gravure presses are going, and there is always that specific smell of solvent and ink hanging in the air. We don't really do anything fancy with the office, it’s mostly just desks and stacks of samples from old jobs. Most of the guys have been here for years, so everyone knows their way around the rollers and the flexo stuff without needing to be told much. Sometimes the power cuts out or a machine gets jammed, and then things get a bit hectic trying to fix it before the day ends. Moti Nagar is always busy with trucks and people moving things, so getting materials in and out of the gate is a bit of a struggle some mornings. We just try to get the work done and stay out of the way of the traffic outside. It's not a glamorous place by any means. There’s dust on the windows and the tea guy comes by at the same time every afternoon. We handle the printing plates and the film, making sure the colors aren't too far off. It's just a regular industrial setup where we spend more time looking at ink densities than anything else in the day.
