Our place is at 154 A, Ekta Colony in Peera Gari, Delhi. You’ll find us under the name Sky-Gourmant Catering Pvt. Ltd., and we share the space where Sanjeev Kumar is based. Peera Gari is a busy, industrial-feeling part of New Delhi, and Ekta Colony has that same hardworking vibe. Since we’re in the catering business, things are usually pretty active. There’s always the smell of something being prepared and the sound of vans being loaded or unloaded nearby. It’s not a quiet office job by any means. Our building is a bit older, and it’s definitely seen a lot of use over the years. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly about the kitchen space and the storage areas. We spend our days making sure the food is right and the logistics are sorted out. It can get pretty hot in the summer, especially with all the equipment running, but we’ve got some fans going to keep it manageable. Most of the people working here live nearby, so there’s a real local feel to the crew. We just focus on getting the catering orders out on time and making sure the quality is what it needs to be for every customer. It’s a busy, noisy, and honest way to make a living, and we’re happy to be doing it here in Ekta Colony. We just keep our heads down and cook.
