Singh Food Junctions

We are over in Sector 58, specifically at 7, B S Complex in Bishunpura. Singh Food Junctions isn't a massive restaurant; it’s more of a local kitchen where we stay busy from morning till night. The area here is pretty industrial and commercial, so we see a lot of people coming in for their lunch breaks. They’re usually in a hurry, so we have to move fast. The kitchen gets incredibly hot, and the exhaust fan isn't always as strong as I’d like it to be. We’ve had this spot for a while now, and we’ve learned how to deal with the rush. It’s just a few of us working together. We don't have a PR person or a marketing budget. Most people find us just by walking past the B S Complex or hearing about us from a coworker. Sometimes we run out of a certain dish by 2 PM, and we just have to tell people we're sorry. That's just how it goes when you’re small. We try to keep the ingredients fresh and the plates clean. The floor is a bit worn down from all the walking, but it shows how many people have been through here. We don't have fancy menus with photos. It's just a simple list of what we're making that day. We just focus on the cooking and getting people fed.
