We are located on the second floor of building 37/35 in West Punjabi Bagh. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve got a good space once you get there. We deal with food products, specifically things that take a bit more care to handle. The team here is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to provide good products to the shops around here. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking through shipments that come in. Punjabi Bagh is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street below, but we've gotten used to it. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, some storage shelves, and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to wait for the technician to show up, which can be annoying when we have orders to process. We try to be as straightforward as possible with everyone we work with. No big corporate talk, just honest conversations about what we have in stock. We started this because we had some experience in the industry and figured we could do it on our own. It’s been a few years now, and we’re still here, doing our thing every day. It is not always perfect, but we keep going.
