Rv Foods Catreres operates from the upper ground floor at Plot No. 63B-63C in West Delhi. Our space in Block-L-2B is usually a hive of activity. Since we do catering, there are always pots and pans clanking around and people moving quickly to get orders ready. It’s a practical workspace, not a fancy showroom. We have a lot of large cooking equipment that takes up most of the room. Our staff is local and they know the area well, which helps when we have to find a specific address for a drop-off. We spend a lot of time on the phone with clients, mostly just talking through what they need for their gatherings. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have multiple orders at once. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished image. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here a long time and people in the area know our name. Sometimes the kitchen gets really hot, especially in the afternoon, but we just keep going. It’s a tough business but we are used to the hard work. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to finish each day knowing the work was done right. It’s just a regular life for us here in this part of New Delhi and we are happy enough with that as long as the orders keep coming in.
