Robusta Cuisine

You can find Robusta Cuisine over at No. 2B/125-C in Paschim Vihar. We are quite close to the Paschim Vihar Police Station, which makes it easy for people to find us if they are looking. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We spend a lot of our time in the kitchen or handling the daily bits of running a food place. It’s not some five-star setup with white gloves. It’s just us making sure the food is right and the place is clean. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when it's busy, but that is just part of the job. We like being in Paschim Vihar. The locals are good people and we’ve gotten to know a lot of faces over the years. We started this because we wanted a place of our own. It’s a lot of long hours and early mornings. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make food. The address might seem a bit specific but once you’re on the street, you’ll see us. We’re usually there from early until late. It's a small team here. We all chip in with everything from cleaning to taking orders. It’s a real hands-on kind of business. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent place at 2B/125-C. There is always some noise from the street, but we don't mind. It feels like home to us now after all this time working here.
