You can find Rajbhog Food India at Shop No 12 on Rohtak Road. We are right near Metro Pillar 311, so it is hard to miss us if you are traveling through Paschim Vihar or Peeragarhi. The sound of the metro passing overhead is something we just got used to over the years. It vibrates the shelves just a little bit. Inside, it’s mostly stacks of food containers and bags of ingredients. We spend a lot of time moving boxes around to make space for new arrivals. The floor is tile and it’s seen better days, showing some cracks here and there. It gets busy in the mornings when the delivery trucks arrive and we have to unload everything quickly so we don't block the road. Customers from Inder Enclave walk over frequently. We keep a notebook on the counter to track what people are asking for. The smell of different spices and packaged goods is always in the air. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the inventory by heart. The lighting is a bit dim in the back corner but we know where every item is located. It’s a practical setup meant for getting food to people. Sometimes we have to move the display racks around to let people through when it gets crowded. It’s a normal shop with a lot of movement.
