Radhey Radhey

Rajouri Garden is a busy place and we are located at A-2/40. Radhey Radhey is the name we have on the board outside. It’s not a large establishment. We have a small area for cooking and a few chairs for people to sit while they wait. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we know a lot of the families around here. We see the kids growing up and the older folks going for their walks. We start our day by cleaning the sidewalk in front of the shop. There’s always some trash that blows in from the main road. The kitchen is organized but it’s tight. We have to move around each other carefully so nobody gets bumped. We don't use any fancy gadgets. It’s just knives, pans, and a lot of elbow grease. The clock on the wall is five minutes fast, but we leave it that way so we stay on schedule. Sometimes the phone rings non-stop and we can't get to it because our hands are full of flour or oil. We just call back when we can. The atmosphere is relaxed. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just serve the food we make and hope people enjoy their meal. It’s just a normal day at the shop for us in Rajouri. We keep it simple.
