Dominozs Pizza"

Our place, Dominozs Pizza", is located at C-13 in the Hil Township of New Moti Nagar. It’s a spot in New Delhi where we spend most of our time around the ovens. We are a small team and the kitchen gets pretty cramped when we have a lot of orders coming in. New Moti Nagar is a residential area, so we see a lot of the same families all the time. The Hil Township is usually quiet during the day but gets very busy in the evenings. We spend our shifts rolling out dough and making sure the toppings are right. It’s not a big fancy dining room, mostly just a counter and some space for the delivery guys to wait. Our bikes are parked out front and they are always moving. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients and have to wait for the next delivery truck to arrive. The heat from the pizza ovens makes the shop very warm, especially in the summer months. We don't have any slick marketing, just our name on the front of the building. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we like being part of the township. We just focus on making the food and getting it out the door while it’s still hot.
