Papa Veg Chinese Food

Our shop is tucked into Dda Market, right at Shop Number 15 in the A 2 block. If you know where the Mother Dairy is in Paschim Vihar, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. It’s a small space, mostly focused on getting the food out fast. We only do vegetarian Chinese dishes here. It’s what we know and what the neighborhood seems to want. The woks are usually going from the moment we open until we pull the shutters down at night. Delhi gets crowded, and this market is no different. You’ll see people standing around waiting for their noodles or manchurian while the delivery guys zoom in and out. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone shows up at once. It’s just how things go in a busy market. The tile floor has some scuffs and the menu on the wall has been there since we started. We don't spend much time on decorations. Most of our effort goes into chopping vegetables and making sure the sauces are stirred right. It’s a humble spot, nothing flashy about it.
