Papa Chinese Foods

We set up Papa Chinese Foods over in Malviya Nagar at B-1, Shivalik and it has been quite a journey since we first opened the shutters. The kitchen is the heart of the place and it is almost always filled with steam and the smell of garlic and spices being tossed in the woks. It is not a very large space so we have to stay organized or everything becomes a mess very quickly. We get a lot of orders for delivery but there are always people standing around outside waiting for their noodles or fried rice to be packed up. Shivalik is a nice area and being at B-1 makes us a convenient stop for anyone living around Malviya Nagar. We don't have a lot of staff just a few of us working hard to keep up with the tickets as they fly in during the dinner hours. The floor gets a bit greasy sometimes from all the cooking but we scrub it down every night before we head home. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks we just make the food the way we were taught and hope people like it enough to come back next time. It’s a busy life and the heat from the stoves can be a lot in the summer but we are glad to be part of the food scene here. We just take it one day at a time and keep the woks moving for our regulars who live around here.
