Panchhi Petha

Our shop is located at 2365 West Patel Nagar, right on the Main Pate Road. Panchhi Petha has been around this area for a while, and most neighbors know the spot. It's a fairly simple setup here. We spend our mornings setting everything up and making sure the counters are clean. There's always a bit of a rush in the evenings when people are heading home from work. The street outside can get pretty loud with all the traffic, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of the fans and people asking for their favorite sweets. We keep things pretty straightforward. There aren't any big decorations or anything like that. Just the boxes stacked up and the smell of sugar in the air. Sometimes we run out of certain items faster than others, and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It happens. Dealing with the heat in the summer is the hardest part, but we’re used to it by now. Patel Nagar is a busy place to be, and being on the main road means we see a lot of faces every day. We don’t really do much advertising. People just see the name and stop by. It’s a honest way to spend the day, just selling petha to whoever walks through the door. We hope to stay here at this address for many more years to come. It’s a lot of work but it is what we do.
