Om Sai Pan Bhandar

Our little shop is over in Uttam Nagar 25 Ft Road, specifically Chankya Palace 11. It’s a busy road with a lot of bikes and rickshaws going back and forth all day. We’ve got a small space here, but we make it work. Most of the time, it's just one or two of us behind the counter. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything like that. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the first customers. The dust from the road is a constant battle, so we’re always cleaning. It’s a regular neighborhood shop where people stop for a minute before heading to the metro or back home. We’ve seen the kids in the area grow up and start coming here as adults. It’s nothing fancy, just a wooden counter and some shelves. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Sometimes we run out of something because the distributor didn't show up on time, and we just tell people to come back tomorrow. That's just how things go. We enjoy the talk and the noise of the street. It can get very hot in the afternoons, but we have a small stool to sit on when things are quiet. We aren't looking to expand or anything big. We just like being here on 25 Ft Road where everyone knows us. It’s a simple life and we like it.
