Our office is over at E-380 in Tagore Garden Extn. It’s a regular building, nothing too flashy. We go by Om Sai Impex. Most of the work we do involves handling paperwork and moving goods from one place to another. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking manifests. The desks are usually covered in files and sticky notes. We have a small team here. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a good while, so we know the local tea stall guy and the postman pretty well. The traffic around Tagore Garden can be a nightmare during rush hour, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the shipments we handle get to where they're supposed to go without any big headaches. It’s a lot of logistics and timing. Sometimes things get delayed at the port or with the trucks, and that’s when it gets stressful. But usually, it’s just a steady flow of work. We don't use big words or fancy titles. We're just people working in an office trying to do a decent job. If you come by, you’ll probably see us staring at computer screens or arguing with a delivery driver. That's just the nature of the import-export business. We like the spot we have here. It feels like home to us now. There is always a stack of documents waiting for a signature, and that keeps us on our toes throughout the day.
