Nirulasd

You can find us over at 172, in the Old Four Storey area of Tagore Garden Extension. New Delhi-27 is the area code. It is an older part of the neighborhood, so it has a lot of character. We are mostly busy with the food side of things here at Nirulasd. The building itself has been around for ages, and we have our spot on the ground level. It is usually quite a lively place because Tagore Garden is always moving with people shopping or going to work. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure everything is in place for the customers who stop by later in the day. We are not a big fancy restaurant with waiters in suits. It is more of a local hangout where people know what they want and just come in. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to mess with the generator, which is always a bit of a pain and makes a lot of noise for everyone. But mostly, it is just about serving food and keeping the place clean. The staff has been together for a while, so we know how to work around each other without getting in the way. It is a bit cramped sometimes when it gets busy during the evening hours, but we make it work somehow. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new shops opening up and old ones closing down, but we are still here at the same address, doing what we do every day. It's just normal life for us here.
