Nirula'S

You can find Nirula'S over in Janakpuri at Virendar Nagar. We have been a part of this neighborhood for a long time. It is a basic food joint where we serve things like burgers, pizzas, and our usual ice cream flavors. The kitchen gets really busy in the evenings when the local families come by for dinner. We do not have anything too fancy in terms of furniture or decorations. The tables and chairs are sturdy and have been around for a bit. We just want to get the food out to the tables without too much of a wait. We spend a lot of time prepping ingredients and making sure the cold storage is working right for the ice cream. Sometimes the supply truck is late or a light bulb goes out in the dining area, and we just deal with it as it happens. The staff is mostly local people who have been working here for years. We know the families who come in and we have seen their kids grow up over time. It is a nice, steady place to work. We are not trying to be a high-end bistro. We just want to provide a decent meal in a place that feels familiar to the people living around here. It is just a regular part of life for us in Janakpuri.
