Nirulas Corner House Pvt Ltd has an office here at C-4, on the second floor in Vikas Puri. This is New Delhi-110018. If you know the area, you know Vikas Puri has everything, but it’s also very busy. We are up on the second floor, so we’re a bit removed from the noise of the street, but you can still hear the honking and the market sounds throughout the day. The building is an older one. The stairs are a little worn down, and the paint isn't exactly fresh, but it works for us. We handle the administrative side of things here. It’s not a restaurant where you can get a hot chocolate fudge, even though the name might make you think so. This is just where the desks are. We have files stacked up and some old computers that have seen better days. The light in the office is okay during the morning, but we usually have to keep the overheads on by three o'clock. It’s a small group of people working here. We mostly just drink tea and talk about the tasks we need to finish before five. There’s no fancy branding on the walls or corporate posters. It’s just a plain room where we do our jobs. We’ve been at this Vikas Puri address for quite a while now and we know the local shops well. It’s just a regular part of our daily lives and we like it that way.
