Nimpra Equipments (P) Ltd. is located on the 6th floor of Westend Mall in Janakpuri. It’s a busy spot near the district centre. We deal with various industrial equipment and have been here for a while now. The office gets quite a lot of light because we are up on the 6th floor. People often drop by to talk about machinery specs or check on orders. It’s not a huge setup, but we get the work done. Janakpuri is a good location for us because it’s well connected. Sometimes the lifts in the mall are a bit slow during lunch hours. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. Most of our regulars know where to find us in suite 523. We keep things pretty straightforward here. There’s always someone around to answer questions about the gear we supply. It’s mostly technical stuff, but we try to explain it simply to those who call. We’ve seen the area change over the years. The mall has gotten busier, and so have we. Dealing with spare parts and equipment requires a lot of attention to detail, so we spend most of our time at our desks or in meetings. It is a practical office space meant for business. No fancy decorations, just what we need to operate. We focus on the daily tasks of getting equipment to the people who need it. We don't really have a receptionist, so someone usually just looks up from their desk when you walk in and says hello.
