So we set up shop here in Nangloi Extension 2-B. It's actually based out of a house number, 25-A to be exact. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the main roads, which we kind of like. We handle a lot of different food stuff here. Most of our day is spent checking supplies and making sure the kitchen equipment is working right. Sometimes the stove gives us trouble, but we’ve learned how to fix the small things ourselves. It’s a family-run kind of thing, mostly. We don't have a huge team or a big marketing budget. We just put out a sign and hoped people would notice us. The Nangloi area has a lot of hardworking people, so we try to keep things practical. Sometimes we run out of ingredients because the market was closed or the truck was late, and we just have to tell people we can't make certain things that day. It's just how it goes. We’re not trying to be the next big chain or anything. We just want to make sure the food tastes like it’s supposed to. My brother helps with the accounts, though he’s not very good with the computer sometimes. We spend a lot of time arguing about where to put the crates of supplies. It's a small space, but we make it work for us. We’ve been here for a little while now and are getting the hang of things day by day.
