New Coolwel Industries (India)

Up here in Khayala, near the bus body area, things are always a bit busy. New Coolwel Industries (India) is located at Rz-130-B, Block Nursing Garden. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the turns. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It’s mostly just us working away on whatever orders are on the desk that week. You won't find any slick office furniture or people in suits here. We wear work clothes because we're actually doing the labor ourselves. Sometimes the tea stall down the road is the highlight of the afternoon when we take a quick break. The neighborhood is full of small businesses like ours, so there’s always noise of someone hammering or a truck backing up. We focus on our output and don't spend much time thinking about branding or things like that. If the machines are running and the customers are satisfied enough to come back, we figure we're doing okay. The space is a bit cramped sometimes with all the parts and materials, but we know where everything is. It’s a tight-knit group here. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. Just hard work and getting through the pile of jobs we have to do. The ceiling fans work overtime in June, but we don't mind. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out the door on time.
