You can find us in Hari Nagar Extension, at D-206 in Saurabh Vihar. This is part of West Delhi, and it is a typical busy residential neighborhood. We make various types of treats and snacks right here. It is a private company, but the way we work is very much like a small family business. We use a couple of rooms in the building for all our preparation and packaging. There are always boxes stacked up in the hallway waiting to be sent out. The street outside is usually full of activity, with people going to work and kids running around. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations. It is just a place where we get the work done. We spend most of our time measuring ingredients and sealing bags. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, so we take a break for tea when the sun is at its highest. We have a few employees from the local area who help us out. We don't do much in the way of marketing. Most of our orders come from people who have known us for a long time. It is a lot of manual labor, but we are used to it. We just want to make sure the treats are packed well and go out on time. It is a basic, no-frills setup in a regular Delhi street.
