Multifrig Mktg. Co. Pvt. Ltd. sits at 1/12, Kirti Nagar, in the W.H.S area of the New Timber Market. It’s a busy neighborhood where everyone seems to be making or selling something. Our unit is one of many in a row of industrial-style spaces. The floor is mostly crowded with cooling equipment and boxes of spare parts. We don't have a lot of room for decoration or anything like that. There’s a calendar on the wall from three years ago that nobody ever took down. We mostly just focus on the task at hand. If someone comes in looking for a part, we go hunting through the shelves until we find it. It can be a bit chaotic, but there is a system to it that only we really understand. The air outside is always thick with the sound of saws from the neighbors. Inside, we just listen to the hum of the fridge units we are testing. It’s a long day, usually starting early and finishing when the market starts to quiet down. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just have a few plastic chairs for guests and a big table for checking orders. We've stayed in Kirti Nagar because it's where people know to find us. It’s a working-class vibe and that suits us just fine. We just do our bit and keep the business running as best we can.
