Our business is located at 11/4 in Tilak Nagar, right in the heart of Delhi. If you have ever been to Tilak Nagar, you know how crowded and lively the streets can be. We have been operating from this building for quite some time now. The shelves inside are usually packed with all sorts of novelty items and stock that we keep on hand. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when we get new shipments in, and we often have to move boxes around just to find a place to sit. The staff is just a small group of us who have been here for years. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist; we just handle the work as it comes. Sometimes the street outside gets so loud with the market shoppers that we have to shout a bit to hear each other. We spend our days checking inventory, talking to suppliers, and making sure the orders are ready to go out. It is a very hands-on job and we don't mind getting our hands dirty with the packing tape and boxes. The floors might be a little scuffed and the paint is peeling in a few corners, but it is a real place where real work happens every day for the people in our community.
