You can find us at 15/4 Double Story in Prem Nagar, which is right in Tilak Nagar. We are located directly opposite Metro Gate No 4, so you can see the stairs to the station from our front door. The metro trains go past all day and you can feel the vibration sometimes. Our shop has two floors, which helps because Tilak Nagar is very crowded and space is hard to find. We keep the main items downstairs for people to browse, and the upstairs is more for storage and packing. We have all sorts of things like photo frames, soft toys, and mugs. It’s a lot of work to keep the dust off everything because of all the traffic outside. People are always rushing past to catch the train, but some stop in to buy a last-minute gift. We spend a lot of time wrapping things in bright paper and tying bows. The shop is quite bright with fluorescent lights so people can see the stuff from the street. We don’t have any fancy marketing. We just rely on being in a good spot where people pass by every day. It’s a busy life in this part of town, especially during the festivals when the whole market stays open late. We just keep the shelves stocked and help people find what they need.
