Sourcing Window

Our little spot is over at B-1, Galaxy in Vikaspuri. Sourcing Window is basically what it says—we find things for people who need them. It sounds simple enough when you say it, but it actually involves a lot of running around and making calls at odd hours. We moved into this building because it was convenient for the team. It’s not a huge office, just enough space for our computers and a few chairs for visitors. We handle a lot of different items depending on what the current demand looks like. Sometimes it’s textiles, other times it’s hardware. The logistics side of things can get really messy, especially with transport delays and paperwork that never seems to end. We try to keep things organized, though my desk is usually buried under sample swatches and invoices. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big speeches. Most days, we’re just in jeans, trying to track down a specific supplier or checking if a shipment arrived at the port. It gets loud in here when everyone is on the phone at once. Vikaspuri is a busy area, so there's always noise from the street too. We’ve had some tough months, and some good ones, but we’re still here doing what we do. It’s just a regular business run by regular people who know how to get things moved from point A to point B.
